Parenting Consulting - A Parenting Consultant assists divorced or divorcing parents with most disputed issues that
involve their children. Working together, we negotiate solutions to disputes in an effort to avoid costly and time-
consuming court intervention. The Parenting Consultant is agreed upon by both parents, pre–or post-decree, and is
then appointed by a judge.
Mediation - A mediator is a neutral party who facilitates negotiations between people. This may include mediation of a
full divorce, selected aspects of a separation, or mediation of post-decree disagreements in order to avoid litigation.
One advantage of mediation is that the negotiating parties maintain control of the outcomes and agreements that they
enter into, and thus can customize solutions to fit the specific needs of their family.
Parenting Time Expediting - A parenting time expeditor is an individual who is named in a court order to provide
assistance to parents by enforcing, interpreting, clarifying and addressing circumstances not specifically addressed by
an existing parenting time order. If necessary the parenting time expeditor (PTE) can determine when an existing
parenting time order has been violated.
Social Early Neutral Evaluations - Social Early Neutral Evaluation (ENE) is a short-term, confidential evaluative
process designed to facilitate prompt dispute resolution, custody and parenting time (visitation) matters. The program
offers the evaluative impressions of experienced parties engaged in custody and parenting time disputes. Feedback is
provided to parties and their attorneys based on case presentations and a limited amount of information gathering. The
ENE process is completed within one month.
Parenting Coaching - A Parenting Coach assists parents who are attempting to make decisions in the best interests of
their children. Parents may seek coaching for themselves individually, or may participate collaboratively with their co-
parent. We help parents think through important issues and possible outcomes to promote healthy functioning for their
children. We also facilitate good communication and negotiation between parents who participate in coaching together.
